Biiig night for Pujols...He was 4/8, 2HR, 3RBI (9pts) as the Angels played a 19 inning affair that they eventually lost...Lefkovitz was the lone AP pick this week...good start!

DUD OF THE DAY - Giancarlo Stanton

Not only did GS go 0/5 with 2Ks and a GDP...he also pulled his hammy and is now on the 15 Day DL..what a great start (and finish) to the week and pick by me, Cowan and B Leonard...The dreaded Monday injury creeps up again... (I hope he tore his hammy, and is out for the year)

Willie with the SOTW all to himself last week, which makes that 3/4 weeks that has happened..It only happened 6 times all of last year!  BW went with the risky pick of David Ortiz, who only had 2 games under his belt prior to last week starting..Willie must have been scouting his AAA rehab stats cause he must have saw this stat line coming: 11/23, 2HR, 9RBI (22PTS)  first player to pass the 20 PT threshold since week 1...good work Willie...It is his 1st SOTW of the year..He is now tied for 1st on the money list and is in 1st in BA at .381 ...

STUD OF THE WEEK - Ryan Jones, Ryan Lowry

The Ryan's went with Miggy Cabrera this past week, who earns his 2nd straight SOTW..He was 11/26 with HR and 5RBI for 17 PTS and finished the week batting .423...just edging out Carlos Gonzalez who also had 17 PTS but hit .417...thats about as close as it can get..literally came down to the last at bat of the week between them two...Votto and Cano owners were so close as well both finishing with 16 PTS....2nd straight week the SOTW hits 17 PTS...1st SOTW for both Jones and Lowry, who are now tied for 3rd on the money list...
